We were very pleased with the quality of the these scratch pads...very crisp imprint from our submitted logo/design. The black imprint was a bit "softer" looking color-wise than I expected but ultimately easier on the eyes in contrast to the white paper than a super-black black. Pricing was good. We will order again. Paper thickness is same as 20lb copy paper. The backing is a flexible tag board, not a stiff chip board (just an FYI- it works for us!)
Customer service was helpful. They actually called me back and sent me the answer to my question about paper thickness.
